Two days ago we discovered mice in the garage. What I found was a half package of Ramen noodles and a whole lot of poop everywhere. I imagine a large community of mice must be out there.
The Pinterest pin said to make a ramp out of cardboard leading up to a trashcan at least 20 inches high. It also said to balance a toilet paper tube on the edge of the top of the ramp with a dab of peanut butter inside to lure the mouse.
My recycling trashcan isn't quite tall enough. So we decided to put water in the bottom to drown the mouse and prevent it from jumping out. Yes, I am fully aware how dirty this trashcan is. When we dump the body and the water then I'll scrub it.
Tater asked me if we are going to recycle the mouse. Hahaha!
Have some peanut butter, little rodents!

It worked Sara! I just set a new t.p. tube with peanut butter. We'll see if there's more. I'm sure there is with the amount of poop out there.
