I napped in the most uncomfortable ER bed in existence for close to 2 hours. The first hour I was there, the ER department and Labor and Delivery department argued about whose patient I was. I felt oh-so-loved.
The OB doctor on call recommended I go home on bedrest for a couple of days and drink boatloads of water. In a couple of days my pregnancy will be considered "viable."
On to more exciting pregnancy news, tomorrow is the big ultrasound! I'm thinking pink.

a "viable" pregnancy? Who comes up with these terms? grr.... anyway, I'm so glad the contractions stopped. I think your body is telling you to slow down, though.
Fingers crossed for pink. (But toes crossed for blue, just in case.)
all our love for you both...take it easy, anxiously awaiting news report of your OB visit.
So glad they stopped Nikki! And I can't wait for tomorrow's news. Although, how in the WORLD are you suppose to be on bedrest with as many children as you have, two over them being twin boys under 1 year?! I hope you have ome help for the next few days. Wish I lived closer..
Oh, I am hoping for pink for you! Gabbers needs a sister! :)
I did that before... went in at 18.5 weeks with contractions, and they refused to let me be seen in L&D. ER was clueless, but I was stuck there... where they tried to tell me that I wasn't REALLY having contraction. I assured them that since it was my 5th pregnancy, and I'd already been having contractions off and on for 3 or 4 weeks, I was pretty darn sure of what they were. *sigh*
So glad they stopped!
