Veganizing traditional recipes


Veggie Spaghetti (by Danny)

26.5 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 qt. jar Christmas limas (drained)
2 oz. spinach (fresh)
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
2 pkgs.  garden veggies spirals 

Danny cooked the pasta as indicated on the package.  He added all ingredients to the pasta while it was still hot.  

We served it to a tribe of hungry children.  There's just enough leftover for Danny's lunch at work tomorrow.
