Breakfast, lunch or dinner, this is one of my FAVORITE meals. My mom passed it on to me from my sister Erin.
All the kids love it except for Hammy. Biscuit has a hard time with the artichoke hearts since she only has two teeth. So I don't give her any extras-- just the chopped ones.
