I have had rosemary French bread on my mind ever since getting a rosemary plant about two weeks ago.
Someone in my cooking group made a rosemary olive oil garlic loaf a week ago or so. I asked her for the recipe, but I just couldn't wait any longer!
I took the recipe from the jalapeño cheese bread:
I replaced the jalapeños and cheese with 3-4 T. fresh rosemary finely chopped and about 5 chopped garlic cloves.
It's AMAZING! Our family has eaten 3 loaves in the last 24 hours.
This recipe makes 2 loaves. If you cut it into 16 slices per loaf, it's 102 calories per slice. Enjoy!!!
