Once we arrived, though, people here said that it only snows two, maybe three times a year here. Well, the first "snow flurries" arrived last night and you would have thought the sky had fallen with the snow. People were running around making comments like "I refuse to drive in the snow...I just can't handle it! It's so slick, I just won't do it!" Keep in mind, this was SNOW FLURRIES, not blizzard, not even heavy snowfall. There was a skiff on the ground and a few pockets of black ice...the freeway was moving along at a rapid 20 miles per hour through the "blizzard" until the state troopers asked everyone to stay off the roads due to dangerous conditions.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15443223.post-1165023016440037842006-12-01T17:30:00.000-08:002006-12-01T17:30:00.000-08:00Okay, no more complaining from me. I'm sure many Oklahomans are looking for more signs of the Apocalypse. Snow in November/December? What more could happen? There will be a state of emergency declared if the Sooners don't win their football game this weekend.Big Mortyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17900705949911563633noreply@blogger.com
