Baby Bathrobes

I don't understand baby bathrobes- other than the cuteness factor.  (Q. Mouse)

Q. Mouse was not a very willing participant in my little photo shoot.  "You tortured me with a bath and now you're using flash with that camera!"

Squdge was very interested in the texture of the bathrobe.

totally nay. I dont get it at all. plus my babies hate being dressed period so pretending to dress them right before actually dressing them is just torturous for us all.

I also don't understand baby bath towels. why do they need a hood? it's mnot like they are sitting around in them for a few hrs. we use them for less than a minute. weird if you hask me.

I'm not a fan of baby bathrobes myself. Your babies are adorable in them though. But I think we had one for Anna and only used it once. Christian just got his first bathrobefor Christmas and he love it. The girls want one and I think I might get them each one for their birthdays. Maybe it will help keep them covered when they run naked from their room to the toilet each night.

Very cute, yes. Practical, not really for the same reason stated above (apparently Q Mouse agrees) and what baby hangs out in the buff for very long, they might just need a re-bath if they do.
Hooded towels, I love. Yes they are only in them a few minutes, but I like having the whole baby wrapped up, head and all.

Those are definitely cute. I vote nay for the purpose though. Unless, i suppose, you have to dress them up for somethign special and you are trying to keep them covered until the last moment before leaving the house. WHo knows...that would be rare around here. lol

your assumptions are 100% correct. Those stinkin' cute bathrobes are to be just that, cute. Not functional, not making bath time easier, just cute.
Will had one and we took a picture and that was the last time we used one.
They are VERY cute though, so I guess they serve a purpose, sort of.

nay. to be honest, I don't get regular people bath robes. Use a towel and put on your jammies! that's my plan. :)

Yes, I think good for pictures, but that's about it. Unless you want to wrap one of them up and keep him warm while you dress the other one.
