"Man girl, you huge! You chunky!"

Can you name the movie quoted in the title?

Today I had an ultrasound. Today at 28 weeks and 1 day the measurements are:

Baby A: 29 weeks 2 days and sitting breach
Baby B: 29 weeks 3 days and laying transverse right under my ribs

So I realized why I look so huge and completely full term and cannot sleep and have SOME pain constantly to mention. I have never before in my life been this big weightwise or bellywise.

Pookie was my pregnancy closest to term at 37 weeks and 5 days. Today I measure larger than 38 1/2 weeks. I feel validated.

Thank you doc.

P.S. The babies are sharing the same placenta. The doctor's words. "Monochorionic Diamniotic pregnancy." Have some fun looking that up.

Oh! Oh! I know! I know! Madagascar 2! LOVE that show. And that Chunky song is my absolute favorite. I start to sing it to annoy McKenna. It's awesome.

I hope you can find a comfortable position. :/

Guess that means the little guys are definitely identical! Any names yet?
No wonder you have been so uncomfortable. Sorry very ...not much longer to go now! You can do it!!! We're all praying for you and the babies.

It was the afternoon before I delivered. My mom and I ran into one of my grandma's friends. She said to my mom, "Linda! Is this your daughter?! My, she's grown up to be a great big girl, now hasn't she?!"

Excuse me? I'm really to produce an entire new human being!!! Sheesh!

Praise God that they are diamniotic, though! That's awesome. So you've got identicals on your hands!!! Hang in there, girl. This will one day just be a distant memory (and some lingering stretch marks.)

Hi Nikki...I stumbled upon your blog from Erin Summerill's and had to just say Good luck with your twins! You are in for a wonderful, crazy, stressful, but amazing ride! Mine twin girls are 4 and they were my 5th and 6th children too. Enjoy! And, if you ever have any questions, let me know! I love to help and talk to other twin Mom's! :) Count your blessings!

Watch it close. Our twins came at 31 weeks 6 days and kate was only measuring thirty six weeks, we thought we were going to go full term.
