baking the nausea away

Today, all day long, I fought little waves of nausea- 20 to 30 second waves (some longer). I found that the smell of baking bread soothed my stomach. Who'd a thunk it? I baked 5 large loaves. Then I made a bunch of bread kits. It turns out the smell of bread toasting was also soothing. I had about 4 pieces of toast today. =P I couldn't let those four pieces of toast go to waste; although, it's not very frugal to toast just one at a time to continue the soothing smell.

Well, it seems congratulations are in order! I hope the nausea eases up. Whenever I have bouts of nausea caused by smelliness (including smelly people), I always think of you when we were at a shoppette at VAFB. I couldn't smell the smelly guy in front of me, but you were on the verge of throwing up and kept asking if I could smell the smelly man. I couldn't, but I totally get it now!

Well I for one think that it is definitely NOT a waste of bread to toast it just for the smell. If it makes you feel better, then I say toast away!!!

Congrats to you on your nausea and all the other things that are attached to it. Good Luck.

Better toast than something freaky. Too bad I don't live closer because my last batch of baby dill pickles came out perfect and I'd run right over with a jar and some ice cream! My pickles are crunchy and have the best flavor - just as good or better than store bought this time.
