I am not alone.

Thank you so much dear friends and family for helpful suggestions, ideas, and stories regarding weight-loss and also bedtime battles (and of course many other things but these are the most recent).

Just to clear some things up, I do not believe I am the only mother in the history of time who has ever had troubles trying to get her young ones to sleep. I know many of you have had your own trials and that's why I turned to you. So, thank you. I found each and every suggestion enlightening and helpful.

Right now I am currently the primary chorister at church. To those of you who are not LDS, this means I lead the children ages 3-11 in singing time. There are a few women in there that I get to visit with for a few minutes sometimes, but overall I miss the opportunity to mingle with the sisters in Relief Society. I miss hearing about other trials they overcome and being there to offer my love and support to another sister who may be going through something painful that I possibly went through.

And bonding all together while learning of Christ makes for a really wonderful meeting.

But I am blessed IMMENSELY being in primary and teaching the children music. Music is a language that I speak easily. I enjoy it and enjoy seeing the children learn and grow through it. And other than visiting teaching and occasional get-togethers, I have all of you my bloggity friends and family to turn to for parenting advice and to complain to about weather. hehe. So, without further rambling, I thank you my peeps. :) Stayed tuned for a contest this week.

That's why I love blogging too. It's so nice to know that somewhere in the world, another Mom is in her home, struggling with the same issues I'm facing. Plus, it makes me feel like I'm still in touch with the outside world, while I'm here at home with my kiddos!
