Your kids are so cute, and ham is getting so big.
I am so sorry for your loss. Wish I could say more. I haven't personally gone through that, but know those who have. I am probably about as far along as you were, and I know I would be devastated.

Ham and Pookie look so much alike! A year went by fast! I hope to meet the kiddos in person someday before they are grown adults (you know I'm just waiting until you guys get transferred to a more human climate zone before I come visit. :P ).

Also, I'm so sorry for your loss. It was a rocky start and now this ending... I'll be praying for your peace and comfort.

If you need someone to talk to, email me (jnnyr9@yahoo.com). I lost a baby before Mikey and I still remember the pain:-(

The kids look so cute. Very cleaver idea to take all of their pictures on their baby quilts. You make me wish I could quilt.

I'm so sorry to hear that you lost your new baby. I remember how difficult I took my pregnancy losses. I had prayed for sometime wondering what would happen to our little angels. My father gave me a blessing and his words comforted me so much. He told me that I would be able to raise these children in heaven. I found such comfort in this. I know that your angel will be with you and your family in heaven. However wonderful that is, it doesn't stop the pain you may feel right now. You will be in my thoughts and prayers please let me know if you need anything. Sending my love.

the kids are darling!!! Thanks for posting such great pictures.
Sorry for your loss :( It always feels so empty:( But luckily the Lord is in charge and there are reasons for all things. There are great things just around the corner. Have faith and know this too shall pass.
Loves and kisses.

Oh Nikki. I'm so sorry to hear that. It's amazing how instantaneously our hopes rise when we find out we're pregnant and how difficult the fall is when things go wrong. (Plus, those stinkin' hormones sure don't help!) {{{HUGS}}}

On a happier note: Happy Birthday to your Darling little Ham! He is gorgeous, and so are your other cuties! LOVE the quilts!

I'm so sorry. My thoughts and prayers are you with and your family at this difficult time.

On a lighter note, I love the quilts; the pictures are adorable, and what a great idea to take all their pictures on that day.

First of all... Happy birthday Ham!!

And now... ((((Hugs)))) and prayers for peace. I know how hard it is to be celebrating the life of one child while mourning the loss of another. On my oldest daughter's 4th birthday I found out that I'd lost our 3rd daughter (half-way thru the pregnancy). Somehow I managed to "keep it together" long enough to have her birthday party, but inside I was coming unglued.

Great pics of the kids on their quilts. Boy, they have all grown so much since we last saw them. Can't wait to see you guys this summer. Keep the faith, Heavenly Father knows when you're ready for another special spirit. Love you.

Nicki your kids are darling...they look so much like you and danny (it's a good thing too!) I love the quilts! I can only assume that you made them, the one for Ham is my favorite, I love the bright colors!
I was just happy reading along with your post and then I hit the end and just felt my heart drop. I am so sorry Nicki! I know how excited you were for baby #5. I have never gone through a miscarriage so I can't begin to understand how you are feeling, just know that I am thinking of you and wish you the best!
Take care!

I'm so sorry. There is one thing I know that cheers me up, and that is food. That's why you need to come and eat. We'll bar-b-que, it'll be fun...I promise. You'll find your baby, she'll be back in your tummy before you know you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you...clique, but true.
