I am Batman.

Rach, that post title is for you. No one else seems to remember that Snickers commercial.

So, this is the top of the love of my life's head. Batman? Horns?

What thinketh you?

I know the insurance where I work allows for up to five hair restoration treatments. I choose not to utilize them and embrace the fact that my hair is making room for my expanding brain.

Wow, What a nice husband to let you take a picture :) Tell him it's not all that bad..my dad was more bald when he was in high school...no joke. I guess that is what my kids have to look forward to! :)

Hi Nikki! Thanks for stopping by my blog - I've listed yours under my favorites, so I can come check out yours again soon, too!

About the Pepperoni Rolls - since I use the dinner rolls, I just make each roll the size of the dinner roll... just roll it out to about 8 inches in diameter (just guesstimate - we don't use rocket science in our house!), layer your goodies on it, and roll it up from the edge. I pinch the ends closed to keep any juices from escaping all over my cookie sheet, but I don't cut it up until it is cooked, and then I only cut it up for 3 year old Emily (she still likes bite sized pieces).

I hope you enjoy the recipe - it is one of our absolute favorites, though I don't make it very often... maybe we'll have it on Christmas Eve, for our special family dinner that night...

Blessings!
