Is there a doctor in the house?

My sternum hurts somethin' fierce. My only guess is the stomach crunches. So, I'm going to cut back on stomach crunches and switch to lunges. Okay? If you'll kindly take a look at my sidebar you will see my new exercise committment. I'm also running a monthly marathon. Go check that out!

Hey now! Take it easy with those crunches. Abs are great but abs that work and a lack of serious pain are better! :) I hate lunges but I found a side to side lunge that works so great and I don't consider them to be wretched.
