The Mother's Day ham has arrived!

At 8:49 this morning Ham made a very quick entrance into the world. Too fast for an epidural, I can finally journal that I did it. I didn't want to. But I did. He was 6 lbs. 12 oz. and 19 1/2 inches long. He is currently in the NICU on oxygen. Please keep him in your prayers.

Hopefully I can sneak in there with the camera and get some pics. From the brief encounter I had with him he looked like a mix of Pookie and Bun with dark hair.

I'm feeling euphoric. I feel like I have a glimpse of the happiness that our Father in Heaven has for us.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Niki,
Thanks for adding me to your blog roll. Are you sure you had a baby yesterday? I guess I am used to having a c-section and being out of it for several days. I hope things are going well.

p.s. Can I add you to my m.o.l.(mother of littles) list?
