Works-For-Me-Wednesday -- OAMC

I had forgotten just how cold 10 degrees really is. So, with absolutely no desire to leave the house with or without children, my Works-For-Me-Wednesday is Once a Month Cooking. Fill your freezer with meals you cooked in one day and eat all month. I started off just by doubling or tripling a freezer-worthy recipe and then grew to love the benefits. Right now we're down to a couple weeks of meals, but I'm going to fill the freezer with as many meals and snacks as will fit to get me through this first trimester and the start of Winter. For more info on how you can start OAMC (Once A Month Cooking) email me or leave a comment requesting info. (I did an Enrichment class last month about it.)

And to think that I thought 60 degrees was rather chill . . . I don't think I'd survive a winter in North Dakota. How do their universities function? If it got as cold here as it does where you are, all the schools would shut down.
